Large fossiliferous limestone rocks along the creek feature an embedded variety of fossils. The range exhibits native and improved pasture with a small pocket of trees on the south end that includes elm, hedge, hackberry, and mesquite. The property contains loamy and clay soils.

WATER: A 12? city water line is on the south side of Milam Rd and ends at the neighboring development west of the property. A rural water line enters the property about midway along the frontage and continues to the northeast corner. A water well near Milam Rd is not currently being operated. The property also has 4 ponds and a section of seasonal Milam Creek.

ELECTRICITY: An electric service line runs along the south side of Milam Rd.
